It's a founding-client launch price while Alex Miln builds out his US portfolio. After the first portfolio slots are filled, the price returns to the standard $1,500–3,000 range for a modern small-business redesign.

How long does the Website Refresh take?

1 to 2 days from approval. The actual design work is fast; the window covers when Alex sees your message and when he is next available.

What's the difference between Website Refresh and Custom Build?

Website Refresh ($333) is a one-shot redesign of your existing site — Alex leads the design direction, you make small tweaks, then the site is yours. Custom Build (from $4,999) is a hand-coded custom website built around your brief, with multiple revision rounds plus features like booking, galleries, and post-launch support.

Do I own the website after launch?

Yes. After launch the site is fully yours — no monthly fees, no lock-in, no account managers. Source code is handed off with the Custom Build.

How does payment work for the Website Refresh?

Pay-after-preview. Alex builds the redesign first and shows it to you live in your browser. If you like it, you pay $333 and the site is yours. If you don't, you pay nothing.

I'm Alex Miln — an independent web designer working with US small businesses. No agency, no outsourcing, no account managers. Just me, the work, and a turnaround measured in days.

I'm building my US portfolio right now, so the Website Refresh is $333 instead of the $1,500–3,000 you'd typically pay for a modern redesign. You get a premium-looking site at a founding-client price; I get work I'm proud to show. Fair trade — and the price goes up once the portfolio is full.

I genuinely can't stand watching a good business get let down by a bad site — the kind that loads slowly, breaks on a phone, and quietly sends customers to the competitor next door. So I rebuild them.
