This page is the full scope of work for the Website Refresh. Read it before we start so we're on the same page — no surprises, no fine print.

What's included

• A full modern redesign of your existing site — same content, new design, fast and mobile-friendly by default.
• Up to 2 rounds of small revisions after delivery — wording, photos, contact details, color tweaks.
• Single-file HTML/CSS deliverable — clean, fast, no CMS lock-in.
• Full ownership of the finished site — yours to host wherever you like.

How it works (step by step)

1. I build first. No deposit, no contract negotiations. I take your existing site and redesign it on my own.
2. You see it live in your browser. I send you a private preview link at milndesign.com/preview/your-business.
3. If you like it, you pay $333 once. If you don't, you pay nothing and walk away.
4. Two small revision rounds if you want adjustments — usually finished within 1–2 days each.
5. Handoff. The site files are yours. Host them anywhere — Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages (all free), or your existing host.

Timeline

1–2 days from when I confirm I've started, to the preview link landing in your inbox. Revision rounds add 1–2 more days each, depending on the changes.

Note: actual design time is short. The window mostly covers when I see your message and when I'm next available.

What you provide

• Your current website URL.
• Any specific things you want changed, kept, or emphasized (optional — I make sensible defaults if you don't).
• Your email or preferred way to receive the preview link.

What's not included

To keep the price at $333, the Refresh stays focused. The following are out of scope and would push the project into the Custom Build tier:

• Custom features like booking systems, member logins, e-commerce, dynamic galleries, multi-language.
• Copywriting from scratch (I can polish, but I don't write your business story for you here).
• Logo design or full brand identity.
• Stock photo sourcing or photo shoots.
• Hosting setup or domain transfer (you keep your current host — I just hand you the files).
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support after the 2 revision rounds.

Design direction

I lead the design direction. That's the core of the offer — it's why $333 is even possible. You get a designer making confident choices for you, not a 3-week back-and-forth on whether the button should be slightly more orange.

Ownership & rights

• After payment, the website code and design are fully yours to use, modify, and host anywhere.
• I retain the right to show the work in my portfolio (case studies, on milndesign.com, in social posts) — credit-only, no client confidential info revealed.
• You provide the content (text, photos, logos) and confirm you have the right to use it. I don't audit your IP — that's your responsibility.

Payment

$333 USD, one flat payment, paid only after you see and approve the preview. Payment via Payoneer (invoice link sent after preview approval). No taxes added by me — local taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

Cancellation & refunds

Because you only pay after seeing the finished work, refunds aren't part of the model. If the preview doesn't fit, you simply don't pay. After payment, the site is yours and the project is closed.

Communication

Email only. No Slack channels, no project-management portals, no scheduled status calls. I read every message myself and reply within 1 business day. Time zone: GMT+6 (Bishkek), but most US business hours overlap fine.
